This is the second corporate project I have done for SERVE: the 25 silver pines engraved with the vineyard’s name.
“Coincidences are God’s way of remaining anonymous” – Albert Einstein.
One of the coincidences was that this fall, Silviana Petre Badea happened to be at Romanian Jewelry Week where she met Andra, the Allegra ambassador. There, she noticed on a brochure my soul leaf that I created 3 years ago in silver, from a leaf picked right from my plane tree. Then she remembered her dream that she no longer thought possible, that of having a piece of jewelry that would represent the grape leaves from her vineyard. At our first meeting, I felt like asking her: “Tell me your story!” I wonder why I asked her that…? I had never done it with anyone before… Did I sense what an extraordinary story was hidden there? Did I feel the connection that was going to be created between us? Did I…?
And, as no coincidence is accidental but is the way in which divinity tells you that you are on the right path, this is how our collaboration and friendship began.
It is an immeasurable honor for me to be able to collaborate with the people who carry forward with so much love the story of wine created by Count Guy Tyrel de Poix for over 30 years at the SERVE Dealu Mare Domain – Mrs. Mihaela Tyrel de Poix – CEO, Co-Founder of SERVE Winery, daughter of Count Silviana Petre Badea – General Manager of SERVE Winery and son of Count Paul Badea, continuing the tradition started in 1540 by Count Peraldi of Ajaccio, Corsica.
